We used Justin Tanner to buy our house on Capitol Hill in 2017 and sell it in 2022. We can't recommend Tanner Properties any more highly. Justin and Kendall took care of everything from prepping the home to selling, staging, pricing/negotiating, and all the closing details. Both the buying and selling were seamless and low-stress. The recommendations they made for small upgrades to the house allowed us to sell for significantly over ask! Justin is an expert on Washington DC and Capitol Hill. I just sold a home with Justin on Capitol Hill - a home I bought with him ten years ago. Justin was a delight to work with in both of those transactions. His judgment in the selling process in particular turned out to be spot on, both in his recommendations of what improvements to make prior to putting the property on the market and his recommendations of how to manage the sales process.
