Justin and Kendall took care of everything from prepping the home to selling, staging, pricing/negotiating, and all the closing details. Both the buying and selling were seamless and low-stress. The recommendations they made for small upgrades to the house allowed us to sell for significantly over ask! Justin is an expert on Washington DC and Capitol Hill.
